I was amazed that a person was available in the drive uo service lane to greet me and orovide instructions on the next steps to get my appointment started. Service tech was prompt; responded to all my inquiries and explained the recall process and what would be taken care of on this visit. I also spoke to my sales person and updated them on how much i was enjoying my new truck. My interactions with all the staff were all positive and i enjoyed the process! More
