Very poor customer interactions. Made an 0800 appt online for a service interval and a recall. Arrived 15 minutes early, found nobody was checking in arrivals. Finally found a service adviser who said that I needed to check in with the cashier. The casher said I needed to check in across the breezeway with the Speed Lane casher. The Speed Lane casher said I had parked in the wrong lane, but he checked me in anyway. Even with an appointment and arriving promptly, I was advised my car wouldn't be seen for at least an hour and a half. Also was told that I needed to schedule a new appointment for the recall, because nobody reads the notes customers make in the online appointments. All of this could easily have been fixed by (1) having someone read the customer notes on each online appointment, (2) letting customers know in advance which lane and check in need to be used when they arrive, and (3) posting prominent signs in the arrival area saying "Please park and check in with our cashier." Also (4) when a recall is involved, contact the customer to let them know it needs a separate appointment. More
