The front desk service advisor was very friendly and communicated clearly throughout the process, which I appreciated. The first time I mentioned it, it appears it was completely overlooked. After I followed up again the day before pickup, I was told they couldn’t find anything wrong. However, I am confident the muffler is loose because the rattling stops when I put pressure on it with my foot. At this point, I’m suspicious the issue may have simply been forgotten again and never properly addressed. I also had to personally provide the parts needed for the repair, which was frustrating after already bringing the truck in for service. On the positive side, they did fix the engine issue once the parts were available. Overall, my experience was average. The customer service from the advisor was good, but the mechanical/service side felt rushed or lacking attention to detail. More
