My experience with the dealership was through your service advisor, Jose Uribe. We had a very pleasant exchange for my reasons for my appointment on June 15th, 2026, discussing my maintenance and reca service advisor, Jose Uribe. We had a very pleasant exchange for my reasons for my appointment on June 15th, 2026, discussing my maintenance and recall concerns. Also, Jose and I discussed my tire alignment issue and concluded that when I get my new set of tires to call to set-up an appointment. I was a bit disappointed that the issue with my engine auto off/on system was not followed through to being fixed when I brought this issue up with Jose. Nonetheless, I'll bring that issue up again for my tire alignment. More

Service itself is good. Had 730 am appt, had to text and then call for update after 130pm. Finally got word on repairs and told car would not be ready until next day. Called and spoke with Joe who told me my advisor left for the day. Joe was great, found about the status of my car and made sure they called when it was ready. Some advisors need to communicate better. Will request not to have her next time. More
