I was charged a diagnostic charge for an item that was previously diagnosed and I wanted repaired because they had failed to document the prior diagnosis. A cover was left on the seat of the car. Everybody was pleasant and professional, sadly my car came back with what appeared to be gooey gray matter and lots of rough sap drippings over the car. I was very pleased when I called and the service r came back with what appeared to be gooey gray matter and lots of rough sap drippings over the car. He met me outside when I was getting out if my car, walked me in. Held the door for me. He also set up a shuttle ride for me to get back home.
