Elk Grove Ford has provided us with all the maintanance, recalls and repairs for our Ford Edge we purchased new in 2017. During our most recent visit, Lizzy Meddock in the service department provided us the best overall service we've received. She usually answered our phone calls, and if not, she got back you us in a timely manner. Lizzy answered most of our questions when asked, but if she didn't know the answer, she got back to us quickly. She was very accommodating to our needs when scheduling appointments and insuring the repairs and service were completed on time. We will request Lizzy during future visits. More
