I think the dealership in it's entirety is great because of my experience during my vehicle purchase. Because of my past experiences and recent experience. Additional ot appears care and accountability are not taken during the service. My vehicle was damaged during the recent visit and I had to escalate the issue to the Service Manager. Although the service manager agreed to have the vehicle repaired, I have been reaching to both the repair shop and the service Manager to no avail but I will follow up to have this issue addressed. If not because of the Lithia Membership and the location convenience, I would have consider service location. More

The service was top notch and it was completed in a good amount of time. The customer support staff answered all of my questions and were very professional in their responses. She was unfriendly, as a matter of fact, when I told her about my service cost last time she basically called me a liar and said, you must have had a coupon'. Then she told me I needed 100,000 service and I said I couldn't affford it and she said, 'well it has to be done'. My truck is at 192,000. While I am a waste that maintenance is needed not all people can afford $2000 so easily and thought she could have sold that package with a lot more compassion and understanding. I asked for an oil change and she did not include that in my service for the day. Also, she did not inform me that I could get the service tech to complete the repair at my home or offer a shuttle service and I paid for an uber to come back and pick up my vehicle. I now have to return for an oil change because it wasn't done. More
