Went in for tire rotation and oil change. One of my tire lug nuts was stripped. Said they couldn’t replace and would order and take possibly a week. Also, while driving home I noticed a loud knocking sound, pulled over to see what is was and discovered the remaining lug nut on front right tire were never tightened completely.
