James was absolutely top-notch! I dropped my car off the day before for an oil change that was scheduled for the next morning. First thing the next day, James called me to go over my requests. I explained to him what was going on with the car in addition to the oil change, and sure enough, he called me back shortly after with an update and asked me how I wanted to proceed. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. Before I knew it, my car was fully serviced, and James had it ready for me to pick up by 8:00 AM. I really appreciate his excellent communication, professionalism, and efficiency. Great job, James! More

Had one issue with a sensor, first estimate was close to 1,000 When I said forget it, I'll come pick it up, I got another call saying 'there was an error' and the cost would be 139 + 189. Not surprisingly, when I got there the cost was 425! I was HAD! Never giving EGF another chance to service my car! Found out Les Schwab would have changed out all four sensors for 350! I paid 425 for one! Disgraceful! I wonder if I had sent my daughter in there in a short skirt, if she would have gotten a third amount! You guys are just crooked! Not trustworthy or customer friendly! More
