Everybody was pleasant and professional, sadly my car came back with what appeared to be gooey gray matter and lots of rough sap drippings over the car. He met me outside when I was getting out if my car, walked me in. Held the door for me. He also set up a shuttle ride for me to get back home. Had two issues our 2015 Fusion Titanium. Scheduled appointment and dropped the car off. The service writer reviewed the issues and notified at time of drop-off that one of the parts may need Scheduled appointment and dropped the car off.
