I had an appointment at 1115 for the Fast Lane service. Nothing major. Just a 60,000 mile checkup for an EV (Mach e) the customer service rep brought up a service check for a gas car. After settling on what service I needed, my car sat in the same spot until about 230 while I waited in the dealership for a fast lane appt. I was there until after 4 pm. Not sure why I made an appointment if my car was not going to be looked at for over 3 hours after I arrived. Very disappointing. This dealership also stopped giving courtesy car washes and does not have service loaner cars. More
