James was absolutely top-notch! I dropped my car off the day before for an oil change that was scheduled for the next morning. First thing the next day, James called me to go over m I dropped my car off the day before for an oil change that was scheduled for the next morning. First thing the next day, James called me to go over my requests. I explained to him what was going on with the car in addition to the oil change, and sure enough, he called me back shortly after with an update and asked me how I wanted to proceed. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. Before I knew it, my car was fully serviced, and James had it ready for me to pick up by 8:00 AM. I really appreciate his excellent communication, professionalism, and efficiency. Great job, James! More
