Disappointed with the Service Experience I was not satisfied with the service at Elk Grove Ford. I brought in my leased vehicle and clearly explained some issues I was experiencing, but none of them w satisfied with the service at Elk Grove Ford. I bought my used 2012 Fusion in 2015 and your service department has kept it in tip-top shape ever since. On my last visit for the "works" package and a change of windshield wipers, I was in and out in a department has kept it in tip-top shape ever since.
