Very bad experience i left my car for oil and 1 part change they didn't call me to pickup your car I call them and left masage after no answer after 12 day visit dealership they said your car is ready t change they didn't call me to pickup your car I call them and left masage after no answer after 12 day visit dealership they said your car is ready to pickup same day and there's a recal and told them to fix that to they told me you have wait for that part for two year we ordered for you . It was somewhat mixed. I scheduled for shocks and brakes. Correct shocks were not available. Rear brakes were done after mechanic said front brakes were in good shape (appr I scheduled for shocks and brakes. Correct shocks were not available. Rear brakes were done after mechanic said front brakes were in good shape (appreciated that). Brought vehicle back the next day but wrong bolt stripped new shock threads. You kept it overnight and finished one front and two rear shocks the next day. I wasn't happy with the difficulty connecting by phone with someone that could give me a status update on Saturday after the vehicle was not nearly ready at the projected time. James was good and Sahud was helpful after I finally connected with him by phone. More

They were all courteous and professional. U was checked in immediately, RJ listened to all my concerns and assured me they would be checked out.
