This time I had a scheduled appointment on June 15, 2026 for a 5K mile preferred service. Once again I brought up that I still feel at times a vibration in my gas pedal when I make a turns coming from the front wheels. On picking up my truck, I was told the mechanic could not find any issue with the front-end or tie-rods that could be the cause of the vibrations. My front tires showed a lot of wear with only about 32,857 miles (I'm the original owner). I was told that my front-end may need a front-end alignment. I informed the service manager that I have a set of tires ordered. Inwhich he recommended that after I have my new set of tires installed to schedule an appointment for a front and rear-end alignment (my tires happen to come in that day). So I scheduled an appointment for June 19, 2026 to have a front-end and rear-end tire alignment (new tires were installed on June 18, 2026). On my scheduled appointment on the 19th for the front and rear-end tire alignment, I also brought up again the vibration in my gas pedal and my auto start-stop was not functioning. The service manager explained to me that the battery maybe below an acceptable charge for the auto start-stop function to work. Finally I pick up my truck and drive it off the lot and as soon as I made a right-turn onto Elk Grove Blvd, I felt the vibration in my gas pedal from the front tires. So I proceeded to take the turn onto 99 N, I felt the vibration again. After entering on 99N, I checked my front-end alignment and noticed that it pulled to the left. So, I came home and called the service deptment to schedule another appointment for June 22, 2026 to correct the front-end alignment. I also notice that the invoice for my tire alignment did not specify that the alignment was for the front and rear. Normally, I've gone through the "Quick Lanes" for all my prior truck service, and the invoices are detailed enough so that I know what services were performed on my truck. The vibration in the front-end I have brought up on my prior service visits, and I keep getting the same answer "that the mechanics can't detect any issues" causing the vibrations that I feel in the gas pedal. That the reason for my 3-Star review. This is the first time that I've been notified to give a review of Elk Grove Ford service department. The results of my appointment on June 29, 2026 will determine whether I continue going to this dealorship for service visits.
