I had to come back an extra time to have my work done. James had ordered parts for my vehicle, and set them aside, when the day came to do the work, the parts were no where to be found, and the team were James had ordered parts for my vehicle, and set them aside, when the day came to do the work, the parts were no where to be found, and the team were unaware about what was going on with my car. It took some time for the guys to figure out the situation. I appreciate James’ friendliness, and customer rapport. He worked hard to make things right , and in a timely manner.
