The other three tires on the vehicle also needed to be replaced. The dealership also inspected the brakes and found that the front brakes needed to be replaced. I experienced three items with the work on my Transit that troubled me and also my wife. 1) After leaving the dealership I discovered that a valve cap was left off of one of the tires. So we went back to the dealership to have one installed. 2) I was notified by James Cruz that my vehicle was done. I told him that I needed a ride to the dealership, he said he would take care of it, I waited 1 1/2 hours for my ride, and then contacted James Cruz. He didn't know what happened but he would find out and get the shuttle to me. 1/2 hour later the shuttle arrived, the shuttle driver said that he handed a slip of paper from James. the driver said that he was looking for me at the dealership and could not find me. 3) The next day I went to drive the vehicle and I discovered that the spare tire that was installed (by AAA) because of the flat tire and was removed from the vehicle so the new tire could be installed was put into my vehicle in the back seat and not put back under the vehicle where it belongs. I called the dealership to talk to James Cruz, he was not at work so I talked to Sean (spelling) and explained the issue to him. We decided on the next week on Monday that I would bring the car in at 7 am and that Sean would take care of it and he didn't know why the tech put the tire inside of the vehicle and not under the car where it belongs. So, I arrived at the dealership on Monday before 7 am. The counter staff said that Sean didn't start work until 11 am. but that they would take care of the tire. I wait almost 1 1/2 hours again. very disappointing. My wife and are hoping (worried) that everything is OK with the new brakes that were installed that they didn't forget to do something correctly. I checked in for my service appointment and was waiting for 35 minutes before being seen by the advisor. There were only 2 other people in the waiting room. I’ve previously gone to this dealership for for 35 minutes before being seen by the advisor. There were only 2 other people in the waiting room. I’ve previously gone to this dealership for oil changes and the prices, already higher compared to other dealerships, keep going up. And there’s no free car wash at the end anymore. Perhaps it’s time to find a new place to get my Ford serviced More
