The service was good. The service advisor called and asked if I could come earlier than the appointment time. That worked out beneficially for me. I have a suggestion for an improvement of the service department that would be to vacuum the the interior of the vehicle and perhaps even a courtesy car wash. More

Absolutely loved whoever the technician was. They provided a video that showed and explained what was wrong with my car. Jose Uribe on the other hand, I wasn't too happy with. There was an extre They provided a video that showed and explained what was wrong with my car. Jose Uribe on the other hand, I wasn't too happy with. There was an extreme lack of communication. My car ended up being at the dealership for almost two weeks and Jose never called with updates on what was going on. I had to constantly call to see what was going on with my vehicle. What made it worse was each time I called he never answered and at times he never even gave me a call back. At several points I would have to call the main line to try to get updates, even requesting a manager at one point. There was a service advisor by the name of Joe I believe who went above and beyond for me to find out the information regarding my vehicle, down to looking for the technician himself to gather the information. I will definitely be requesting Joe as my service advisor from now on. More
