Disappointed that you replaced the right rear taillight bulb but didn't replace the left also. Now my wife will have to go back again when the left bulb goes out. Don't they have the same lifespan. I would like to give 10 stars to Dana T, Juan B. And Emma M. I came in at the end of the day. My split panel had broke and Emma was able to assist and find Juan the tech to take my car right away. D And Emma M. I came in at the end of the day. My split panel had broke and Emma was able to assist and find Juan the tech to take my car right away. Dana came out and gave me pricing and explained everything. Not only did my panel get replaced but an all point inspection and a recall issue was fixed. I was in and out no more than 30 mins. Elk Grove Ford you have a wonderful team who went above and beyond in customer service. Thank you Dana, Emma, and Juan I appreciate all you did and had to let Ford know. Thank you team. More
