I was there yesterday for a service appointment for my F250 truck, and my service adviser was Lindsay. She was wonderful, and my service was completed in less than an hour while I waited. I have been a loyal customer of Elk Grove Ford for more than 20 years (first for service for my Ford trucks , SUVs and cars, then buying two vehicles from them). They are simply the best! James was responsive and quickly took care of my needs. He was welcoming and kind. He said service could take up to 1 1/2 hours but he had my truck and me out of there in 20 minutes!
