My sales experience with Jason was great the knowledge on the car and the adapter needed to charge my vehicle at home with a Tesla wall charger is severely lacking. There are two different types of adapters the car and the adapter needed to charge my vehicle at home with a Tesla wall charger is severely lacking. There are two different types of adapters needed for the Mach-e one for superchargers that you offer and one that works for home ac wall chargers that you do not offer. Nobody including parts knows that there are two different types of adapters needed except for the company that makes them, Lectron. Nor does anyone know what the flap on the Mach-e charger port is for. Flap up is for ac charging Aka home wall chargers. Flap down for dc superchargers. The adapter you sell is for dc superchargers only. Maybe let's make sure your parts and sales teams are aware of this instead of telling your customers that the adapter you are giving or selling them will not work for home ac wall mounted chargers.
