Why do they not order my parts for an oil change ahead of time and have them there for my appointment? I was told the appointment is just to hold the time and they need to get the part still since they are n time and have them there for my appointment? I was told the appointment is just to hold the time and they need to get the part still since they are not in stock cause my car is a Chevy . Thats just not common sense, and every other place I went to order the parts ahead of time More

Over all good service provided me a ride home and delivered my vehicle to my home after it was finished. The rep that helped me in Quick service was absolutely the best. The 2 lady’s sitting behind delivered my vehicle to my home after it was finished. The rep that helped me in Quick service was absolutely the best. The 2 lady’s sitting behind the main desk at service was extremely rude. I wish I would have gotten their names if you hate your job leave go make someone else miserable. More
