When I phoned at 7am I spoke to Louis, he was very helpful and sympathetic to my dead battery issue and that I didn't have an appointment.. when I arrived he logged me in explained it could take long helpful and sympathetic to my dead battery issue and that I didn't have an appointment.. when I arrived he logged me in explained it could take longer because I didn't have appointment as there were people there that did.
