Elk Grove Ford did a great job on the warranty work on my 2023 F-150. However they were not able to help me remove the gps device plugged into the OBD2 port. They were able to tell me it was powered from s 2023 F-150. However they were not able to help me remove the gps device plugged into the OBD2 port. They were able to tell me it was powered from somewhere in the wiring harness but couldn’t remove it because they couldn’t guarantee that its removal wouldn’t have a negative affect on the truck. They said I would have to contact the original dealership who sold the truck, in Montana. I bought the truck used, with 4000 miles on it in Oregon from another Lithia dealership.
