worst experience ever Avoid at all costs. Saw a used 2011 mini on their website for $12,997. Called and told them I would be paying cash, was coming from 2 hours away and a Avoid at all costs. Nothing came up... made an appointment and drove 2 hours only to wait another 2 hours for a sales rep. confirmed all the details, added csr to insurance and was just waiting to pay to only have the GM come over and tell me he price i saw was for in house financing and if i wanted to pay cash it woild be an extra $3000 dollars making the car $5,000 more expensive than the kelly blue book value. More

No words can explain my experience with the service center I don't been know where to start! I don't often write reviews whether I have a bad or good service but I had to write one for this. I gave it two star I don't been know where to start! I don't often write reviews whether I have a bad or good service but I had to write one for this. I gave it two stars mainly because of the actual servicing of my car see below for the details. *you have to make a commitment to read my whole post, not just half* I brought my car twice within two months to this Nissan. My first time was great got my car checked and Emilio was awesome! ( I repeat he was AWESOME) But they kept my car for a whole day just to get my back brakes and system updated. I brought it back to get my front brakes change, good thing I did because apparently during the first multipoint check they missed something, which I believe was a recall on my model, but I was told the job took 9 hours to fix and it took them 3 days. They gave me a rental which was nice but it was super annoying to have to deal with this. To make matters worst they "lost" my key when I went to go pick up the car. So I had to get a new key fob which took 3 hrs on the day to pick up my car, then I had to bring in my spare to get that programmed and that took 2+ hrs. Honestly, the staff was nice but just as a warning if you bring your car here you should clear out the rest of your day! I'm usually a patient person and I didn't complain about the wait but holy moly! It would be nice if they had a better system of letting you know how long it would take and it would be nice if they did their job right the first time. I'm pretty sure I became one of those annoying customers because I had to make frequent back and forth trips which I wasn't pleased about ( it most likely showed in my face and demeanor that I was pissed). If I could rate each part differently I would give: Emilio five stars+ ( he was great!) the person who checked my car the first time negative stars! The second tech who checked my car four stars ( glad he found the mistake) Receptionist two stars ( every time I called to check on my car she never gave Emilio the message, I don't know what's up with that) Overall, to be quite honest i felt like for all the trouble I went through I probably should have received a better discount or even a free car wash or some type of incentive. Especially since they missed something when they did a multipoint check which was suppose to have everything checked and lost my keyfob. I'm glad they were friendly because if they weren't I would have called Nissan consumer. My sister and I both have nissans, mines a 2014 and hers a 2015, I wouldn't recommend her to get it checked here. After my first experience they kept calling me to write a review and do a survey. I have a feeling I won't be getting that call this time around. More

Elite Nissan Service Dept. I brought my 2010 Pathfinder for radiator replacement to avoid the transmission fluid contamination issue which occurs with a particular OEM radiator. If you don't wait in the waiting area, they call you up and let you know what else needs to be done, what it's for and that your car is ready for pickup. They always inform you on what has been done. They don't force you to buy anything or get anything extra done. I definitely recommend Elite Nissan SERVICE department. More
