Nissan specials make it a decent deal. Generally speaking car dealerships can be more expensive than local mechanic shops but dealership specials can make them a good deal. Had to make appt but still waited 1.5 hours. A bit too long given I had appt. They did provide a checklist for future visit to maintain a safe car. More

Upon arriving I gave the Service manager my keys and the letter, he immediately took my car and I was invited into the waiting area. Bunch of crooks I saw this Mini Cooper at Cargurus $12997 made an appointment with Alex Saghyan, when I arrived at the dealership they made me wait for 1 hour cause t I saw this Mini Cooper at Cargurus $12997 made an appointment with Alex Saghyan, when I arrived at the dealership they made me wait for 1 hour cause the car was parked a few blocks away, they don't even know that we have an appointment, first they would ask me how much am I willing to pay monthly, then another salesman will come then another, they will say you have bad credit, they would take turns then the manager would finally come congratulating me that I got a good interest rate, only to find out that the listed price is actually with $3000 down payment, I don't have time doing reviews but I have to warn everyone, you have lots of dealership around, go to other Nissan dealerships More

Good service but could of been better I will start by saying that overall I am very satisfied. I have been going to this dealership for years (since my first lease in 2010.) This was the first year I decided to go without my husband and I felt a bit taken advantage of. I was not updated while I was waiting for the contract terms. Mario said he was going to get the car I wanted but didn't say from where and I was waiting for over 45 min. When he got back he called my insurance to change it over. I hadn't even signed anything yet or heard my terms. When I finally spoke to the finance manager I was told my monthly payment would have to be over $150 more then I specifically said I could do! I expected more of a discussion with the sales person and finance. Finally settled all of that and was told the car was being detailed, it was not clean on the inside and there was no gas in the car. If it were not for Enrique stepping in I would not have signed anything. I noticed chipped paint on the bumper and Enrique agreed to fix that for me and get me a rental until it was ready. I appreciate all that Benny and Mario did but it was really Enrique who made sure my overall experience was still good. More
