Double check the work I have been coming to them for a couple of years. Service is excellent, polite and fast. Only thing, double check the work done. Some things included on the bill were not done, some things things that were done I asked not to be done (those were not billed though). On my previous visit I had to return 3 times for them to get it right. Prices are average but good for a dealer service department. More

If I had more to say about my visit, I would suggest you call "Corporate" and suggest that Mr. K get a raise or bonus of some sort. He deserves it. This is an ongoing issue I am at my wits end with this service call. The car is now back in the dealership for over a week with no end in site. Waiting on parts that alleged I am at my wits end with this service call. The car is now back in the dealership for over a week with no end in site. Waiting on parts that allegedly can't be tracked, a mirror in a box that has not been fixed (even though there was nothing wrong with it when it got there). The service man is very friendly but unable to give me any information on the repair of my car. Last time I saw my vehicle it was leaking water and smelled of mold (which they said they can't do anything about.) NICE.... a new vehicle that leaks, no tracking on a replacement headliner, a broken mirror and a nice musty smell to replace the new car smell. LOOSING FAITH QUICKLY especially when they keep telling me I did something to the mirror. Funny how the report on the original document never mentioned mirror but did state that their was a clunking in the door. Not true and NOT trust worthy! More
Went elsewhere Im a taxi driver and i made a series of questions before arriving to dealership to ensure i did not waste a trip. i was assured they could handle the Im a taxi driver and i made a series of questions before arriving to dealership to ensure i did not waste a trip. i was assured they could handle the paperwork for taxis but after arriving i find out that its actually impossible for them to handle. i then put a deposit down to hold the vehicle while i sort the paperwork myself. here i go with paperwork in hand while the idiots forget to sign their portion of the paperwork. i call them but they have troubles in the office and decide ignoring my calls is better then keeping me informed. after getting it all sorted and returning to the dealership they inform me the price went up because the incentives had expired. nvm the 1k down or the fact i couldve just bought the vehicle before. forget calling the buyer and keeping him informed once again. to top it off the manager was a useless tool unable to do anything without the other manager who is on vacation but will likely call next morning (horrible liar) i could go on but long and short of the rest of this story is i got another promise followed by another lie upon returning which happened to raise the price of the vehicle.) i went to another dealer. More
