Honest and fair service I've historically hated going to get my car serviced, always felt like no matter how new or old my car was, it was going to need at least $500 worth o I've historically hated going to get my car serviced, always felt like no matter how new or old my car was, it was going to need at least $500 worth of service whether it was necessary or not and without explanation. Well, I got a coupon in the mail for Elite Nissan and decided to give them a try. I went in skeptical and even a little sarcastic, but to my surprise when they completed the inspection, they shared that all I needed was my rear brake pads changed, rotors cut and filters replaced. Keep in mind I went to the other Nissan location which I won't name and they were at $570! Elite Nissan was running a special and when I combined that with my coupons (all of which they honored), I walked out paying less than $300 and with a smile on my face. The service was GREAT, the receptionist was KIND and I found them all to be HONEST, something I thought I would never say about a dealership service department. Thanks Elite Nissan, you will definitely get my business again and even if it costs a little more!!! More
