car returned with missing mirror cover went in for a routine oil change but car was returned with missing rear view mirror cover. thought it was bizarre & questioned the manager whom expla went in for a routine oil change but car was returned with missing rear view mirror cover. thought it was bizarre & questioned the manager whom explained:it happens all the time due to wind and that tech marked it off as being broken. this was not pointed out to me prior to it being serviced. east coast nissan had always pointed things out if something was odd; not in this dealership. it was my word over his and he prevailed. did not know what to make of this bizarre incident. now i need to take a picture of the entire car prior to my car going into service to show as evidence if this happens again. More

Help with even the most mundane issues. This team they have is absolutely AMAZING!!! I have had so many quirks with my car and even the silliest one they always check out to put my mind at This team they have is absolutely AMAZING!!! I have had so many quirks with my car and even the silliest one they always check out to put my mind at ease. They always have a loaner ready and when there was a time when one wasn't available (because I was bringing it in for something under warranty & warranty issues don't cover loaner cars in ANY dealership) they've run out to tell me which buses run by them & what the bus stop number is. NJ transit websites don't help much :). And they always follow up with you. We've been a family of Nissan owners from back in the days when it was Datsun. They are by far one of the better service departments. There's a Nissan dealership in my town & I know my warranty will be covered there but I go to these guys instead because they've been so great. I wish I knew everyone's name but the people that I've had contact with so far are Joelle, Mike, Mike, Lita & Karina (I hope I'm spelling the last 2 names correctly). More

He arranged for a car the following day so that I could keep to my schedule, this was really appreciated. He called when repairs was completed. Doing my visit for service everyone was very friendly and welcoming from the time I pulled up in driveway to the clerk inside waiting room. I was re-assured that this problem would be corrected and that I should not have any further problems. I appreciate the personal attention given to me in servicing my car. More
