Jason Kaplan, the worst sales person Jason Kaplan is the worst car sales person I ever had to deal with. I recently leased an Altima back in December of 2016. Before I go ahead and leave a review, I want you to know that I actually got an awesome deal from the dealership because my friend was a manager there. The rest of staffs were very pleasant to deal with. And that is exactly why I am pissed off even more. Only job Jason Kaplan had was to get my car ready for a delivery. He did not have to sit with me, explain the car to me, go over the numbers and negotiate, or help me with insurance. I did all the paperwork and emailed it to him including my insurance. Again, only job he had was to get the car ready for a delivery. When the new car comes from the factory, car's exterior is wrapped with the stickers to protect the paint, A month after I picked up my car, I noticed that there were sticker residues all over my exterior. In the middle of January in 20 degrees outside, I was trying to pill those stickers off. However, those would not come off. So I had to use the goo gone to get those stickers off. Now, there are goo gone stickers all over the car. Now I have to spend my own $400 to get it detailed just so I can remove those stains. I have never spend that much money to even clean my car. I have to spend that money to fix what is not even my fault. I am so pissed. I will never go back to that dealership because of him. More
recall fixed scheduled an appointment to take care of 2 items that were recalled on my Altima. Receptionist was very courteous. Told me car would be ready in about 2 hours. at 1hr. and 50 minutes called to tell me it was ready. option to wait in comfortable waiting area or come back when car was ready. Upon pickup thoroughly was explained what was done and some other test that were done to make sure car was running as efficiently as it should be. More

Benny was GREAT! Benny was great! From the beginning of me telling him why I was there, what I was trying to do with my current lease, my expectations, how much I want Benny was great! From the beginning of me telling him why I was there, what I was trying to do with my current lease, my expectations, how much I wanted to spend... Benny got it done! He assisted with finding my own insurance (was previously under my moms) lower than I expected and in the end was able to get my payments lower than my current lease at that time. Thank you Benny! Although the Finance manager Alfredo Menses was beyond rude and very unprofessional to myself as well as my mother on the phone, I would not let that take away from the great service I received from Benny!
