I am disaapointed in the service Nissan provides. First off I have brought my Nissan Maxima in for service once before, however the service dept. did not have anything on record for my car. I found this out when they said I had a recall that needed to be done when I made an appointment for an oil change. I brought the car in 10am and was told by 1pm the car would be ready. Arrived at 1pm to be told just a few more minutes and the car would be out. I waited over 45 mins for the car standing outside. After I brought the car home I realized that no sticker was put in the window for the next service and no recall was done when reviewing the paperwork. Called the Service Dept. and asked if a recall was done to the car since I didn't see it noted and she mentioned to me that she meant to tell me when I picked up the car that it was for the Ultima I had which I no longer have. So my issue is why did it take so long to do an oil change when I had an appointment at 10am. Why was my car not ready when I came back at 1pm with no recall even done to it. Why did I have to wait an additional 45 mins and why was my Maxima not in the computer having been serviced there before??? Very disappointed in the service there. More

Jason was great, understanding and patient throughout! My wife and I first went to Jason for a Rogue but then changed our mind to a Murano and he was great in explaining all of our options.
