This was an oil change visit, but I'm glad they performed a multi-point maintenance check on my car, as I don't drive as much and I see them every 5 months. A lot can go wrong in 5 months... The second visit again was for an oil change, but this time everything was on point, so no additional service required! I'm glad that I have access to professionals who are honest about the status of my car, and won't try to sell me services I don't need. Thank you! More

Assume and exceeding all expectations I have used Nissan Hackensack in the past and that is my comparison to the service at Elite. And there was NO COMPARISON! Hackensack is impersonal, overly busy and lacks enough resources to make sure people are seen on time and given updates on the progress of their service requirement. Elite was wonderful; Mike called and kept us informed. Drop off was a dream---appt. at 9:00AM and dropped off car in one minute! Takes 20 minutes at Hackensack just to have someone check you in! Service was exemplary---gentlemen smiled and said good morning! Hackensack--everyone scowling! I will never go back to Hackensack! Elite is the place to be if you want excellent service and a warm, friendly environment. More
