Surprise! August 4th, 2018 I headed to Rolla with family. I totaled my car the first week of July and needed a new vehicle. Several had warned me not to become August 4th, 2018 I headed to Rolla with family. I totaled my car the first week of July and needed a new vehicle. Several had warned me not to become discouraged car shopping. Familiar with the process I was preparing to come home without a car. Single, bad credit, no trade in and only a small amount down, I was ready. We meet Paul as soon as we pulled in. He had me try a newer vehicle I knew I couldn't afford. I enjoyed the drive and shopping around. No fit. Let's leave. Paul said go inside while they work the numbers. WOW! The place is huge but welcoming. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Plenty for children to do, water, snacks and charging stations. The only downside was the hours of waiting. That's the price of a lower credit score. When I left in my 2014 Kia Soul, I was still in disbelief. It was the next day after hanging up from talking to my son hands free from my car that the tears flowed! One happy lady. FYI I was parked in a parking lot while crying. Thank Paul Miller, Ronnie, Chase and all of you at Kingdom Kia! More
