They care more about a profit than making customers happy! Raymond, I purchased a used car that needed some work on the engine from Kingdom Kia. As soon as I paid them for the vehicle I thought they would h Raymond, I purchased a used car that needed some work on the engine from Kingdom Kia. As soon as I paid them for the vehicle I thought they would help with loading the vehicle on my trailer since the engine needs work. Turns out that Kingdom Kia management instructed their workers not to help me at all and that I was on my own getting it loaded on the trailer. I knew this because couple individual workers wanted to help but when they asked management by phone, they were told not to. Thanks to the hospitality of Nathan Boxx from the sales team that saw me struggling with it and took the time to help me get the vehicle loaded. I hope he doesn't loses his job for being so kind. It's clear as day that Kingdom Kia management cares about making a profit than making customers happy. If I should do business again or recommend anyone to Kingdom Kia, it's due to Nathan Boxx hospitality!!! More

Came back the next day and was able to work out a more than reasonable deal for trading in my truck. I got a great price and they agreed to a few of my requests on the Chrysler (Cleaning, fixing windshield, etc.). Shane and Doy made this an easy and smooth experience for me.
