very disappointed I purchased a used car with issues, they were aware of the problem, I took delivery of the car and before leaving made them aware of an issue, they sa I purchased a used car with issues, they were aware of the problem, I took delivery of the car and before leaving made them aware of an issue, they said ok bring it back in to get checked, I brought the car in and the service department said they needed to take to another dealership for the problem, ok, I then took car to the other dealership, and they discovered they could not fix it either. Back to square one, took the car home and then had to make a third trip to Kingdom where they said it would be fixed, They provided me with a loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced, I also let the service dept. know of another issue, all of this was addressed before the 30 day dealer warranty. ok they call with what the problem was and said I needed to pay for the problem they had located, they said they would help with 50% of the labor but I would have to pay for the parts, also they did not address the other issue at all, so guess what Consumer gets screwed in the final decision, so now I have a car with issues they were aware of and decided it was not there problem, so do I recommend Kingdom Kia, Not at all, just another car dealer lying and misleading a potential buyer, a hard lesson learned for sure, I can bet this review will never be addressed!!!! More
