John did a great job, very responsive! It was a cash deal and it took ~3hrs, thats way too long. The $ for the trade-in was below Kelly Blue book, very disappointing. The staff was helpful and informative at the time of purchase, and I feel like they priced the vehicle well. However, getting information or communication after the deal was made was quite difficult. You can leave numerous voicemail messages, but no person will call you. Only text or email communication is what they offer. Only a switchboard receptionist answers a phone, but no salesman or office staff ever answers a phone or returns a phone call. This is the only reason they were not given a 5 star rating by us. More
