Neal was so helpful during the test drives and negotiating the sale. There were a couple of issues at the end (no fault of Neal's) and he went out of his way to help resolve them. I had a problem negotiating the sale. There were a couple of issues at the end (no fault of Neal's) and he went out of his way to help resolve them. I had a problem with the computer screen display the day after the sale (lack of understanding on my part), drove to the dealership and he came immediately to help me. My husband and I appreciated the snack and drink array provided in the dealership. More
