Car buying can be fun and horrible all at the same time. It all depends on the salesman you end up working with. The phrase “used car salesman” exists for a reason. However…this time around, I lucked out and found Nouhad Melki! He was awesome from the beginning. The biggest reason he was awesome is because he actually listens and doesn’t push for an instant sale. I explained my situation and that I was merely looking for a vehicle for my son. I stated I was going to look at other vehicles, but my son was really interested in a Camry Hybrid. Nouhad listened and allowed me to drive a used one they had on the lot. There was absolutely NO pressure to make a decision. I took my son back so he could drive the vehicle, and again, no pressure! We thought about things for a couple days and ended up buying the vehicle from Nouhad. He also did not pressure us to buy any of the add ons the dealers shove down your throat these days. I would highly recommend working with Nouhad if you are in the market for a vehicle from Ed Martin Toyota. I will be utilizing him on my next two purchases as well. We went to Ed Martin Toyota in Noblesville to purchase a used Toyota sedan or Rav4. He showed us a couple of very nice cars and within 2 hours we bought a very nice 2023 rav4. Then we went to the finance dept for payment/paperwork and Mr.Josh Tulledge there, again a very professional and nice person, completed everything in no time. I requested Ed Martin to deliver the car to my house and was willing to pay for it and to my surprise they not only delivered the car ASAP and free of cost to my house which is 22 miles away but also the gas tank was full and the car was more cleaner than before. This free immedieate delivery and full gas tank really made my day and also tells a lot about Ed Martin. Last week we visited a few other dealerships but could not find car that we really liked and in our budget at the same time. On the contrary Ed Martin had a very huge collection of cars that were not only in very prime condition but also in very good prices. The staff there was very helpful and nice in every way. My wilfe is also planning on buying her car in a month or 2 and for that we cannot think of going to any other place than Ed Martin Toyota, Noblesville. More
