I truly appreciate Michael’s support throughout our vehicle purchasing experience. While we waited, Michael made excellent use of our time by helping us move forward in the buying process. Once the vehicle was ready, he promptly arranged the test drive and ensured everything was set up for us. During the negotiation process, Michael provided a strong trade-in value and worked collaboratively with me to bring the purchase into a comfortable range for our family. Employees of this dealership has lied and manipulated my whole deal after it was all completed and never delivered the vehicle when promised. Lied about their transporters son committing suicide. The GM is even as shady as the others. If you want to buy from a good dealer, I went to Jim Norton in OKC and they treated me like an actual customer they care about. I recommend Jim Norton, not these imitators. More
