No emergency equipment provided!! BEWARE! Ed Kenley "certified used cars". We very recently purchased a used F150 from Ed Kenley. When we asked about a missing spare tire we were tol BEWARE! Ed Kenley "certified used cars". We very recently purchased a used F150 from Ed Kenley. When we asked about a missing spare tire we were told by Mike the salesman that it was after all a used vehicle! He inquired from his manager and we were then told that a spare would cost $300. After he said he could at least get a wheel we would need to put our own tire on it we went ahead with the purchase. After the vehicle was paid for (we paid cash) we then discovered there was not a jack or the emergency fuel funnel needed for roadside service if you run out of fuel. So long story short they did not even provide us with the basic emergency equipment that comes standard with any used vehicle. Sorry Ed Kenley a big thumbs down from our buying experience/customer service experience with your dealership. More

buying a truck experience went in and looked at the truck late on a week night they just had gotten in they unlocked the shop to show me . they told me soon as they run it thr went in and looked at the truck late on a week night they just had gotten in they unlocked the shop to show me . they told me soon as they run it through the shop they'd call me . They called me told them i couldn't make it for a few days they held it tell i was able to come in . As we were doing the deal they realized they under booked it but still stuck to the price they told me . Id go back to buy there again More
