I arrived on the lot looking for a specific car and price. I was approached by Russ. He did not give me the feeling of wanting to make a sale. I told him my parameters. The car I wanted was not on the lot and he did not appear to "want" to find that car for me at the price I saw on the internet. Additionally, I allowed the dealership to look at my car. They had it just long enough to run the VIN on it and see all the bells and whistles it had (even Russ mentioned that it was loaded). I had done my research so I knew what the "rough trade in" was and it was in great shape. The team at Ed Kenley Ford tried to low-ball me! I said "No" and left. I went to another dealership and got what I hoped for for my trade in (by $2500). I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. I will advocate for a different dealership every time. More
