Mr. Forigua, I am sorry you feel your experience was disappointing. I have spoken to our Service Manager and reviewed the information and unfortunately your warranty you purchased does not cover trim components that are subject to wear. Your factory warranty had already expired and would also not have covered these parts. After submitting the correct part numbers to the warranty company, they informed us these were parts that are not covered. To process this information and submit it does take time and an hour is a fair amount of time. . You were also not charged for this time and to give our dealership an unfavorable rating when we do everything in our power to help our customers is also disappointing. We do invite you back to our Service Department for any other service needs and hopefully if there is a "mechanical: breakdown it will be covered.
