I HAVE PURCHASED AND/OR LEASED NUMEROUS VEHICLES FROM ED HOWARD LINCOLN IN SARASOTA AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE IN THE PROCESS. WHEN I VISIT THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT HEADED BY MR.STEVE FINE WHO R HOWARD LINCOLN IN SARASOTA AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE IN THE PROCESS. I was at Ed Howard for my regular mileage check, which was done in a timely way. I was on my way home when there was a large object on I-75 and I had a blowout. I returned and they put on the new tire, checked my alignment and the underside of my car...all at a very reasonable price. I was planning on making a 600+ mile road trip in a few days (a woman driving alone). I talked to Lenore about it. She had checked all my tires and we decided that I would return and have two more new tires installed before my trip. I trust her and the whole dealership explicitly and will always have all my work done there. Their prices are competitive and they are very accommodating. More
Jim Halas was our salesman and he was extremely friendly and had a sound, in-depth knowledge of the new Lincoln MKZ and it's features. This was a new model with new technology and we had many questions tha and had a sound, in-depth knowledge of the new Lincoln MKZ and it's features. This was a new model with new technology and we had many questions that Jim handled easily. We first arrived at the Ed Howard dealership after leaving another local Lincoln dealership where we were very dissatisfied with the reception we received when we were inquiring about the new MKZ that was about to arrive on dealer lots. We had a lot of trouble with late delivery (ordered Nov 22nd, delivered April 15th), which was very frustrating to us, but that was the fault of the manufacturer and not the dealership. As it turned out we were compensated generously by Ford for this situation. On final closing at delivery we were treated very well by the financial manager Jim Robinson. He was very knowledgeable and helped us cut through a lot of problems that were happening in transferring of monies from our financial lender. We were having the car registered in Michigan but the financing was being done in Florida and Jim Robinson contacted our financial institution to iron out the wrinkles. He and the dealership allowed and arranged for us to take the car to Michigan for registration and then return the necessary paperwork by mail, so they could apply for funds from the lender. We were owed refund and incentives monies from Ford that they flowed through to us promptly by mail. Overall, a well coordinated effort. More
I purchased my new Linclon from Steve Braver. He was very helpful with the purshase and spent a lot of time going over the new system with me. As I was recently in the market for a new car, I had visited multiple luxury car dealerships in the area. I have never thought about owning a Lincoln, but wanted to see what Lincoln had to offer. Our Sa visited multiple luxury car dealerships in the area. I have never thought about owning a Lincoln, but wanted to see what Lincoln had to offer. Our Sales Specialist was Jim Halas. He was not only very professional , but very knowledgeable about what he was selling as well as other competitive brands we were looking at. He also gave us comparisons for all the cars that we looked at and showed us how they stacked up against Lincoln. Jim's customer service is outstanding. Jim made out car buying experience very easy, and comfortable. He never once pressured us or tried to rush us out the door. I would highly recommend him and this dealership to our friends and family. On 5/2/13 I stopped in the dealership to ask for help learning to operate the GPS in my car. My salesman, Ted Long, was not working that evening. Jim Halas immediately stepped forward and explained tha learning to operate the GPS in my car. My salesman, Ted Long, was not working that evening. Jim Halas immediately stepped forward and explained that he was helping another client at that time. He said if I could return the next day Ted Long would be there and if Ted was not available, he would help me. No one else was available. I thanked Jim and left. I returned the next evening. Jim did just as he promised. He came out to my car, sat with me and clearly explained the GPS system to me. He set some addresses in it and made sure I understood how to do it by letting me set some addresses. He also connected my phone to the car. He did not hurry me and treated me as if I was the most important client he had that day. Jim told me not to hesitate to call him or come back in if I had any additional questions. He clearly understands the technical aspects of the car but did not make me feel incompetent as he explained them to me. That is a quality of a good teacher. I highly recommend Jim to anyone visiting Ed Howard and I hope Ed Howard realizes the value of Jim Halas. Thanks again, Jim! More

Lanora Rambeau and Steve Fine are excellent people to deal with. They both know the business and are honest and to the point so that there is no misunderstandings. It is a pleasure doing business with them, they just can't do enough for their customers. I see it over and over with the way they operate. Never heard of one complaint in service pertaining to either of them. I call make an appointment and tell Lanora that I want to bring my vehicle in and what time. I pull it in and am greeted by my name and am welcomed. She writes up the order and off I go. She thenlets me know when it is done and goes over the details. Off I go. Mr Fine checks sporadically to make sure all is going well. More
