We moved to Florida a year ago and started bring our car to Ed Howard Lincoln for service. Everyone has been friendly and completely professional. Steve Fine also stops by the waiting room to make sure every thing is going okay with our service and if we need anything. We were traveling on I-75 coming back from Miami when we hit a 5 gal. bucket of paint sitting in the road. The bucket was stuck under car which we managed to remove. We took the car to Ed Howard so see if we had any damage under the car and Steve and Lenore immediately took the car back and put it up on the rack and made sure a thorough inspection was performed.. Everyone was very accommodating, professional, kind and staff always went the extra mile to satisfy the customer. I was very impressed with your staff's knowledge to make the process of buying a car a smooth operation- from sales to the closing! A very nice touch: Adam continually checked in on us to answer questions, made sure we did not need anything and made sure the staff was on task. Kiddos to Adam!! I returned to check a indicator light problem and was given the same professional, informative and kind service from the manager to the service man. We were interested in updating our vechicle and stopped at Ed Howard to see a preowned MKZ. We were introduced to Jim Halas and were treated extreamly well. He spent a great deal of time explaining the var at Ed Howard to see a preowned MKZ. We were introduced to Jim Halas and were treated extreamly well. We had a few special requests and Jims answer was "no problem". He certainly had a can do attitude and made sure we were completely satisfied. We recently purchased a 2013 Lincoln MKX from Ed Howard Lincoln. Jim Halas was the Lincoln Brand Champion (sales representative) who was very instrumental in our decision to purchase the car. We were very pleased with the service we had received once before from Jim and were happy to work with him when we decided to purchase a new MKX. My husband test drove at least 5 other cross-over vehicles and I test-drove the Lincoln and the Cadillac SRX. I preferred the Lincoln MKX. When Jim first introduced the 2013 MKX to us he carefully explained the physical exterior differences between our 2010 Lincoln MKX and the 2013 MKX. It was refreshing to see Jim’s excited attitude about the new look of the 2013 MKX. When we got into the car and before we left the parking lot to test drive the car, Jim made sure we understood all the functions necessary for safety. He pointed out the upgrades and significant changes in the interior of the 2013 MKX from our 2010 MKX. He also patiently answered our questions while we were driving. When we returned to the dealership, Jim carefully explained the Navigation-Entertainment-Telephone system in the car and again answered all our questions. Jim knows the vehicle thoroughly and is able to clearly explain the workings of the vehicle to a non-techy person. He doesn’t need to bad mouth other cross-over vehicles in order to sell the Lincoln. He obviously believes in the quality of Lincoln vehicles and conveys his confidence in the company which is encouraging to a prospective buyer. Jim has a beautiful smile, engaging personality, and seems to have a genuine desire to do the most he can to satisfy his customer and his dealership and bring the two together in a happy relationship. We would certainly work with Jim again to buy another vehicle from Lincoln. We will also recommend Jim to our friends and acquaintances who may be ready to purchase a car. He is an asset to the dealership. More
We were ready to pay the listed price, $23,450 for a "Certified Pre-Owned" 2010 MKX listed on http:// EdHowardLincoln.net/. I found this car by doing a search on the site for "Certified Pre-Owned" bec "Certified Pre-Owned" 2010 MKX listed on http:// EdHowardLincoln.net/. I found this car by doing a search on the site for "Certified Pre-Owned" because I wanted to purchase a car that came with that type of guarantee and quality assurances. On the listing for this specific car, it states that the car is "Certified Pre-Owned," it has the logo for Lincoln Certified Pre-Owned, and it has a video explaining what Certified Pre-Owned means. When we called to inquire about the total cost including tax and dealer fees for this vehicle, we were told that the price for the car "Certified Pre-Owned" is actually $1,000 more than the price advertised on their web site. It was explained to me that the price listed is only if we take the care WITHOUT the certification, even the "Certified Pre-Owned" is mentioned on this specific vehicle's listing in THREE different places. There is no disclaimer on the web site explaining the discrepancy between the actual price and the listed price if you want to buy the car as advertised, "Certified Pre-Owned." The whole process was a pleasure. From Jim Halas to manager Mike Hillman to going through the final paperwork with Jim Roberson I would highly recommend to anyone considering the purchase of a Lincoln to this dealership. . . . and I love my new 2014 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid !!
