Many dealerships would have most likely dismissed my observation about discoloration in my seat, but the entire service team, including Steve and Terry, acknowledged the problem and ordered a replacement. On top of that they completed the job far quicker than anticipated and when I couldn't return to pick up the car, they locked it inside. Unlike other experiences I've had, I can do nothing but praise the professional and empathetic treatment I received from Lenora and the service team. I couldn't be happier.
