Service Issues I lease a 2017 Lincoln MKZ. As a recent transplant from NJ I was having a few issues with my auto. I had EdHoward dealership pick up my car for servic I lease a 2017 Lincoln MKZ. As a recent transplant from NJ I was having a few issues with my auto. I had EdHoward dealership pick up my car for service. When car was picked up I had to sign documents, re: a loaner and The issues i needed do have checked out. One was any repairs had to be reviewed by owner (me). They changed the oil and rotated the tires without looking into cars history. This service was done in NJ. They checked after work was done, and demanded that I pay for theservice. I adamantly disagreed, and finally had the charges dismissed. Well with that said, I had Steve Fine return my car, which after a few choice words I was told that I should find another dealership.
