I found that the middle seats had not been cleaned underneath, scratches hadn't been buffed out and I had mismatched tires on a close to brand-new vehicle. When I took it back, Will took care of everything that I was troubled with. It seems that their is a lack of communication in the service department area, but the actual service done on my vehicle was great! More
