Best experience ever! I helped my son shop at SUN Auto for his very own first car. It was a great experience from start to finish. His sales person, Regina DiOrio, spent a lot of time showing him cars in his price range and having him test drive those cars. During the whole decision making process, she was knowledgable about all makes and models, and didn't push him in one direction or another. She simply listened to his needs, gave him information to consider, and answered all of his questions. The manager, William O'Gorman, was more than helpful...very professional and knowledgable about every aspect of this transaction. He answered all of our questions and helped my son from start to finish...you can tell he cares about his customers. Furthermore, Robin, the finance manager, helped my son to get the best interest rate possible. She didn't simply settle for the first bank to accept his application, she looked further and got a lower rate for him. The whole experience was wonderful...just as it was when my other son purchased his first car, and when I purchased my car. We will definitely shop at SUN Auto when we are in the market again!
