I was initially offputting toward him, but he just kept very professional and made the process very seamless and was very relatable in how he conducted the transaction. The salespeople are knowledgeable, informed and they don't hand you over to a finance officer or a sales manager. I really liked that the entire process only took about 2 hours. We saw the vehicle we wanted online, made an appointment to go see it and test drive it and drove away in it that same evening. More
