I purchased a vehicle online at this location. I spoke with a rep on the phone and via text for about 30 minutes making sure the sale was ok and she walked me through the online purchase process. She "verified" 3 times for me that the truck was available. I put down my $500 deposit and finalized the online order. The next morning I drove over there to pick up the truck and it was gone. The sales guy was clueless and said this happens all the time. The entire staff was indifferent and couldn't have cared less. 2 weeks later I am still trying to find someone at this company that has half a brain to get me the refund back on a truck they sold out from underneath me. Corporate has no support. All they tell you is that they will forward the issue to the store manager. The store manager will not return phone calls and you cant even get the dealership on the phone to speak to them directly. Do yourself a favor and stay far away! Their customer support is garbage and if you have a problem with anything you are on your own! More

Great place to sell your car, I went to five dealers to get an appraisal before i went to EchoPark and I'm glad i didn't rush to sell my car because Echopark gave me the highest without much negotiations, get an appraisal before i went to EchoPark and I'm glad i didn't rush to sell my car because Echopark gave me the highest without much negotiations, after the first few appraisals I got I decided to post my car on the Facebook marketplace and John reached out to me, gave me an offer within minutes, asked me to bring it in when I got there he wasn't on duty but they were already expecting me, another John attended to me and appraised my car physically and within minutes honored the offer his colleague had given me. the process went very smoothly, they reached out to the bank, verified everything necessary, and issued the difference in balance to me the same day. More
