My experience started a little rocky. Although I'd been in contact with someone all day regarding the car I was interested in and had scheduled an appointment to see it, I drove an hour to find out the car in contact with someone all day regarding the car I was interested in and had scheduled an appointment to see it, I drove an hour to find out the car was out as a loaner. I have never had a great experience at a car lot so going in I was already apprehensive. I can say though that this by far was the best experience I’ve ever had a a car lot. I was in and out of there in less than 3 hours only because I was so undecided on what I wanted but TJ answered every question I had and never made me feel as if I was wasting his time. I have been looking for a nice used vehicle for about 6 months. I had finally decided on a Ford Escape because it fit what I was looking for. I was very impressed. My salesman Brandon greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. He showed us around the dealership which was very nice. He asked me what I was looking for and what my requirements were.. The very Ford Escape he brought out was the one I had seen online and it was beautiful. The vehicle was in excellent condition. Brandon let us drive it and it drive beautifully. This was exactly what I was looking for. So I purchased the car. I was given a fair trade in for my 14 year old car and I drove away in my beautiful Ford Escape a happy customer. Brandon was a very good salesman and very nice to do business with. I will definitely tell people about my experience at Echo Park . I rate you a 10. More
