I purchased a vehicle online at this location. I spoke with a rep on the phone and via text for about 30 minutes making sure the sale was ok and she walked me through the online purchase process. She "verified" 3 times for me that the truck was available. I put down my $500 deposit and finalized the online order. The next morning I drove over there to pick up the truck and it was gone. The sales guy was clueless and said this happens all the time. The entire staff was indifferent and couldn't have cared less. 2 weeks later I am still trying to find someone at this company that has half a brain to get me the refund back on a truck they sold out from underneath me. Corporate has no support. All they tell you is that they will forward the issue to the store manager. The store manager will not return phone calls and you cant even get the dealership on the phone to speak to them directly. Do yourself a favor and stay far away! Their customer support is garbage and if you have a problem with anything you are on your own! More

The communication is top level and the site of the establishment is clean! All employees are in uniform and well-polished. As a consumer, you want to walk into a place where the customer experience MATTERS! I haven't even gotten to the buying experience! They are honest, straight to the point, and guess what else?? They listen to your needs and don't try to overpower the conversation with their opinions. If you are in the market for a nice vehicle, John Morse is your salesman to ask for and Gustavo is a wonderful and solid finance manager!
