My sales person Daniel was great but during the excitement I did not realize that my gas light was on- I had no gas, no floor mats and I needed another key. I recently purchased a vehicle through Carbiz and I'll tell you it was an amazing experience. I called checked to make sure the vehicle was avaialble and it was, I am not close to Baltimore so I wanted to make sure that I'd be able to see my possible new car :) I met with my sales associate saw the car and it was love at first sight :) After a quick test drive I knew that I wanted this car! My sales person Myron was so helpful, and honest, I felt completely at ease buying a vehicle from this company, they had a warranty on used vehicles and much more than any other place that I'd looked. Within seconds of getting out of the car Javier had greeted us and introduced himself. We had certain cars in mind when we arrived, and he was more than helpful with showing the cars to us. He took us to two other locations across Reisterstown Rd to see the cars we were interested in. Javier was friendly and filled with a lot of knowledge. We ended up purchasing a car that evening and Javier made the process very quick and smooth. He was a liaison between us and the financial department. After the sale was complete, I realized I had left CDs in my old car and Javier has called to remind me to pick them up. Allie in the financial department helped us to finish our paperwork, she was also very friendly and personable. She started conversation to find common interests between the two of us to make us as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend this car dealership to any of my close friends and family. More
