The entire staff at Carbiz are awesome. Russ, particularly, focused on what kind of car I wanted, my price range, and even advised me as to the future resale value of the car. I am incredibly busy and Russ made sure not to waste my time. He sent me pictures of the cars via e-mail ahead of time and constantly made sure it was the type of car I wanted (price range, mileage range, style, body, color, etc.) When any quality was missing, he encouraged me to wait to see and that when new cars arrive, he'd let me know. He wanted to, and did find me the exact car I wanted. While the car was a bit more expensive for me, he helped worked with management in getting the price lowered. After comparing many sites to see if the price was in the ballpark, it was clear it wasn't. Carbiz's price was significantly lower than other car dealerships. Even after the purchase, Russ called to make sure I was happy and demanded that I call him should I have any questions or problems. This was after the sale. Incredible experience all around. More

Just from the emails alone I could tell that Brian was going to do whatever it took to make the deal happen. The car I was interested in was a 2006 Corvette. I took the hour and 15 minute ride to the showroom to meet Brian in person. From there we proceeded with the business side of the visit. I was treated with the outmost respect and professionalism. After about an hour of negotiations the deal was closed. Before driving off I asked Brian for some of his business cards and told him I would spread them around with my co workers and friends. Russ was an exceptional sales person and helped me to find the car of my dreams. The customer service overall is very welcoming and comfortable. There were a few scratches on the car and I needed to bring it back the next week for paint touch-ups free of charge. The car was detailed very nicely before I left the lot with it. If I ever need another car I will definitely contact Russ and carbiz in order to help me with other car options in the future; and I wild recommend him and the dealership to my friends who might be interested in purchasing a car. Originally I went to an Acura dealer but was not able to get the deal I wanted. I went to Carbiz and ended up with a better car for less money and they got me a better interest rate as well. My experience with Carbiz was excellent. I always saw the advertisements for this car dealer but never thought I would actually do business here. Everyone was so friendly making sure that I was being helped, the building was clean and very inviting and the staff were very professional. My salesman was Fred Alston and he helped me all the way. In the past, I always felt like salespeople would hound me and just try to sell me anything but in this case, it was just the opposite. Fred was very nice, patient and honest. Fred not only listened to what I wanted but, he made sure that I received what I wanted. I felt really good about my sale and I would recommend Carbiz to everyone! More

I did not expect the level of good service i received once my credit rating was disclosed. Mr. Alston and his management team worked very hard to secure a loan for me. He took his time with me while I was looking for a vehicle, and he explained my options. He was very familar with all the vehicles I looked at. I have recommend Carbiz to two of my friends who are in need of a vehicle. Some consumers do not like have the car dealership logo advertised on their vehicle. Some consumers such as one of my sisters requested and have had the car dealership logo removed from their vehicle. My rating is based on friendliness of staff, their knowledge of products, willingness to accomodate my schedule, and willingness to correct mechanical and cosmetic flaws at no charge. I feel I was given a fair price on my trade as well as the used vehicle I purchased. It was obvious customer service, quality products and competitive pricing are priorities at Carbiz. I highly recommend Carbiz to anyone looking to purchase a used car. Excellent alternative to CARMAX. More
