I went to Carbiz to sell one of my vehicles. I thought that I was offered a fair price for it and while at the dealer I unexpectedly found a car that I really liked. In fact, I liked it so much I sold my spare vehicle as well in order to buy the car I wanted. My sales consultant, Miro Stoev, was extremely nice to work with. When test driving several different cars I found that Miro was both very knowledgeable about the operation of all the features in the car as well as knowledgeable about comparing the vehicle I was most interested in to other vehicles in the same or similar class. He made the purchase on July 5th very easy, had all of the paperwork ready when I came to pick up the car, made sure it was washed, full of gas and helped with making adjustments to the car features to customize for me. I returned to the dealer a few days later to have a promised minor repair done which was also handled very well. When I arrived Miro had arranged for a loaner vehicle to be waiting for me so that I was not delayed at the dealer. Finally, he has followed up with several phone calls to see if I had any questions and also to see if I was happy with my purchase.
