"Wow", would be an understatement. My father and I visited Carbiz on 7/11/14, where we were extremely welcomed by Martin Iliev. Being a young person with minimal credit (except for college loans), and no co-signer, the Audi A5 that I imagined myself driving off with drifted a bit into the future. Martin, asked what type of car did I drive now. I told him an 2002 Audi A4, so without a pressure like feel, he just threw the idea of checking out the inventory of A4's that were on the lot, so I took him up on his suggestion. There was a beautiful 2009 Audi A4 Quattro. You would have thought that it was meant to be, and I would drive it off that day, but that was not the case. I looked at the Carbiz site every week and that car still was there, so after dealing with some scam artist at Eastern Motors one evening, I told the guy I wasn't getting a good vibe from him, stopped filling out paperwork, then called Martin (one of three business cards I kept after my wallet clean out) while still at the guys desk. I asked him if that car was still there because I haven't checked in a week or so and he said, "Yes it is". I asked him what time they closed, he said "8". I told him, I have money for him. Martin, said "I'll get it ready for you". I left the other guys desk as he said that. This time my mother and I arrived at Carbiz, and he had the beauty out-front waiting for me. He guided me through all paperwork once again. With work from Ali in Finance, they changed my life. This time, he accompanied me out the door with keys in hand to my new 2009 Audi A4. He even offered to take a picture of me with my new set of wheels. Martin, the service provided was stupendous. Not only did I get a good deal on a car, but I feel that a business relationship has started. This was was my first vehicle investment, but surely not my last. Oh, and just some irony to this story besides a beautiful car staying on the lot for 2 months. The day I purchased the car was 9/10/14, almost two months exactly when I saw it. If I would have came the next day, exactly 2 months to the day, Martin scheduled off work. Life is grand. -XP More
