I remember seeing this dealership listing awhile back when we weren't actively in a "buy mode" - we went back to the site and there were many pre-owned units to choose from. I inquired about the car that we were interested in and after a lengthy conversation, had our financing in place and drove 2.5 hours to the dealership. We were amazed at the service, the knowledge, the professionalism and making us feel welcome as a first time client. I bought the car and so far we are totally satisfied. Martin, Evan and Russ wipe away the stereotype of a used car joint - this is a truly professional place of business. I would recommend making the trip and giving them a try. It truly was a really pleasant experience. The competition should use them as a benchmark to gauge how they conduct their business and establish their customer service standards. More

Javier was very professional in his approach in helping find my next car. we test drove a couple and once i diccovered i could not affor the vehicle i wanted he took me to his computer to show me cars in my price range, then i had to get car insurance and helped me with that too, whew what i relief. i drove off the lot with a 2011 Toyota Camry and with low milage...I posted my car purchas right on my FB page and my son video taped my test dive and sent it in message the following day as a surprise, haaaaaI was recommended by a friend that was please with her purchase and i plan on recommending my friends and family to stop at Carbiz before any other place............All kudos to Javier and his expertise in the carbuying experience...............P.S.
