Good experience I was looking for a used car in the 12K range. Being new to the country and with 0 credit history i wanted to pay up front. I found the deal I was loo I was looking for a used car in the 12K range. Being new to the country and with 0 credit history i wanted to pay up front. I found the deal I was looking for at Carbiz on the internet, I went to test drive the car and in a couple of days the deal was closed. Josh was a helpful guy, nice to deal with. Coming from Italy I am not used to and do not particularly like people calling you 10 times a day after you have visited their dealership, even if I understand this is the custom here. Josh understood that I wasn't that much into it and kept the communication to the level I wanted, which I appreciated. I think he is a guy that understands the person he's dealing with and tries to get on the same page very soon. Overall a very good experience and a very good car at a truly convenient price. I have bought several cars in the past from other dealerships and salespeople, and can honestly say that absolutely none offered the professional, expedient, level of customer service that I received at Carbiz, while working with Jason. Jason willingly allowed me to test drive the cars I was interested in, and spent additional time browsing through the online inventory with me, to ensure I saw all of my options. I appreciated Jason's candor and the fact that he was straightforward with me, regarding my credit situation and likely financing options. I was happily approved for my 1st choice of vehicle and the rest of the process was thoroughly explained and handled swiftly. Jason let me know what to expect next, introduced me to the Finance Manager (Russ), and Matt voluntarily assisted me at any time that Jason was unavailable.
