I brought my Tahoe in for codes was told I need some module in the bumper but it wouldn’t fix all my problems I would need to pay more for extra diagnostics. When I got my vehicle back 2 days later I ha module in the bumper but it wouldn’t fix all my problems I would need to pay more for extra diagnostics. When I got my vehicle back 2 days later I have a knock in my front end that sounds like it’s coming from the bumper. I’m not taking it back to them to fix it because I now don’t trust them and will NEVER return there. I will pay extra to a company I trust. They have lost my business FOREVER. !!! More
Horrible experience! !! Bought the vehicle May 8th, check engine light came on same day along with rear axles needing to be replaced…didnt get the vehicle back until June !! Dealership significantly overfilled my oil and would not own up to the issue. I spend >$5k / year with this dealership and will now go elsewhere. I would be more of a customer if you had a shuttle service where you could count on a ride. Ron did an excellent job, but you need a second driver to pick up. Service was friendly and efficient. , no long waits. I have found, however, that the tire pressure was set a bit unevenly and higher than the recommended 38 psi.
