I have worked with Jessica quite a bit over these last few years. She is amazing to work with. Getting your car serviced (esp when something is wrong) can be intimidating and stressful. Jessica Montez is exceptional, goes above and beyond getting my 2005 & 2007 vehicles cared for. She is kind, caring, friendly, compassionate, accurate and very professional. My last visit to East Hfd Chevy I found the dealership does not have a wide arrangement of part purchasing reach as a larger dealership does. Since East Hfd Chevy could not obtain a stock part for my 2005, I had to go out in the freezing cold at my old age, to pick up a part - windshield washer reservoir plastic tank-- from a large local auto parts store and deliver it to Jessica for safekeeping for her Techs to properly install for me. Needless to say I love Jessica, she is very exceptional. But I was very disappointed with E. Hfd Chevy's lack of associated part suppliers. Doreen. More
