Almost got charged $4000 extra until I showed them the ad on cars.com which they claimed was a mistake, at first, then honored it. I was waiting to see if they'd reply to my email about the blades to post this, but they ignored it, so I just gave up and bought new wiper blades. Great car, the exact one I had been looking for but if I could have got it somewhere else I wish I would have been able to. Clean showroom but a palpable sense of underlying drama and dysfunction. I have worked with Jessica quite a bit over these last few years. She is amazing to work with. Getting your car serviced (esp when something is wrong) can be intimidating and stressful.
