Steve Murphy made this one of the most painless car buying processes I have encountered in my life. When I first came to the dealership, they did not have the vehicle I was looking for, however he kept buying processes I have encountered in my life. Scheduling a test drive was easy negotiation was rather straightforward and the dealership handled most of the paperwork pretty painlessly. No high pressure salesmanship. Salesman worked with us and added new tires to the car at no additional cost rather than let a car with marginal tires be sold. Very unorganized. First was the initial payment of $2,000 which they charged me $3,000. Asked me to come in to get car when it arrived, I asked for 1 and they said only 5 is available. Why wouldn’t you give me the options available first before making plans and needing to then adjust with 2 small kids More
