I was told my car will be wash after the oil change and tire rotation but they brought my car out without cleaning nor washing with a stupid excuse that the department that washes cars were gone after 5pm. tire rotation but they brought my car out without cleaning nor washing with a stupid excuse that the department that washes cars were gone after 5pm. If you book appointment with a customer don't you think all department needed to work on the car should stay and finish? That is so annoying and upset and discouraging.
