Best car buying experience My Mom and I stopped at East Coast Honda and Mike Collins immediately came out to help us. I told him what I was looking for and in just a few minutes My Mom and I stopped at East Coast Honda and Mike Collins immediately came out to help us. I told him what I was looking for and in just a few minutes I was road testing a Honda Accord Coupe. I decided I wanted to try out another car at another dealer. I had been researching several makes and models of car. I went to the other dealership drove the other model of car and my Mom said you need to go back to East Coast, the Honda is the car for you. We went right back and Mike worked with me to get it for the price I was willing to pay. He even showed me the KBB price for the same model car. My Mom was waiting in my car, while I worked with Mike. It was pouring down rain and she didn't want to get out in it. I went and checked on her several times and she would tell me she was fine, that Mike had been checking on her, too. My experience at East Coast Honda was the best I have ever had buying a car. I would recommend East Coast and Mike Collins to all my family and friends. More

The price was the best around and no surprises when we made the deal. Andrew was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the Honda Accord. The car was cleaned and spotless when we drove off the lot. I would rate the buying experience as excellent. This is the second Honda Accord I have bought from East Coast Honda. An excellent company to do business with. Warren More

One of the Best experiences in purchasing a New Car From start to finish, one of the best experiences I have had in purchasing a new car. Chad Davis, the sales rep, listened carefully to things we asked From start to finish, one of the best experiences I have had in purchasing a new car. Chad Davis, the sales rep, listened carefully to things we asked for and instructions that I gave on what I didn't want to deal with in regards to pressure and phone calls. He was very professional and explained things in detail. Scott Cahill introduced himself and let's us know that if he could be of any assist in anyway to please let him know. Kirt Cahill was also very professional in his follow up and helpfullness. Lee Pryor, the finance manager, was very efficient and organized. Finalizing the paperwork was very smooth and quick. It has been 18 years since me and my wife purchased a Honda, but based on this experience and the quality of product, I will consider Honda's for future purchases. More
Lazy Service Dept I intentionlly purchased my Honda from adealership in Charleston, SC so I would not have to deal with East Coast (previous bad experience with VW). Th I intentionlly purchased my Honda from adealership in Charleston, SC so I would not have to deal with East Coast (previous bad experience with VW). They are the only Honda dealer in the area and have had to deal with them on some recalls. Guy in the svc dept shows no enthusiasm to help satisfy the customer. Just 2 months out of warranty and my third trip to get visors fixed Guy and his trusty set of minions refused to fix my visor. It was obviously replaced with two faulty, cheap visors. Guy was more interested in blowing me off than performing any type of customer satisfaction. Perhaps it's because Im a woman, or because Im young? Not sure why they have no interest in making customers happy but they blew their chance at gaining me back as a customer. I will be trading in my broken sun visored, recalled paint civic for a Toyota. Thanks for your stellar, scowled face service Guy Emerson and know the only reason you have customers is because you have a monopoly on the Honda products in Myrtle Beach. More
I took my wife's acura to East Coast Honda to have the headlights adjusted. three years ago one headlight failed. I had the module replaced for $750. a year later the other failed and I had them repla the headlights adjusted. three years ago one headlight failed. I had the module replaced for $750. a year later the other failed and I had them replace it for $800 After the replacement the lights were very high but my wife rarely drove at night so she didn't take it back immediately. When I recently started to use her car the lights were so high that oncoming traffic kept flashing their high beams at me so I made an appointment to get them adjusted. When I went there they told me it would cost over $100 because they had to remove the front bumper to adjust the lights, After paying $1500 for headlights I decided not to have them adjusted for another $100 plus. I took the car home and went on the internet to check out how to adjust them. I found out there are two adjustment screws and all you need for tools is a screwdriver. NOTHING HAS TO BE REMOVED. When it got dark I shined the lights on the garage door and turned the screws. Total adjustment time, less than 5 minutes. I will never trust them again to work on any car. More
