I researched new Honda CRV'S online on EAST COAST HONDA'S website. I compared prices and inventory with other dealerships and decided that East Coast was going to be the best fit for me. I arrived at the dealership first thing in the morning. As soon as I walked in the door I was promptly greeted and asked if I needed help. Within 30 seconds the receptionist had a sales person welcoming me. My sales person Jeremy Hull was very polite and friendly. We talked about what I was looking for in a new vehicle and he immediately took me to the vehicle that I have since purchased. He made sure he disclosed all the cost beyond the original sticker cost so there wouldn't be any surprises at the end. This was greatly appreciated. He wrote up the deal with the figure I told him I wanted to pay. He quickly took it to his sales manager and within minutes we had a deal. The paper work went very smoothly and everything was explained simply. It was a pleasure doing business with East Coast and Jeremy ... As well as the whole staff. Mike was fantastic! He spent hours hunting down a car that was in good condition and within my price range. After we found our pick, he even stayed for 2 hours after the doors closed to help us get the c that was in good condition and within my price range. My brother purchased a used 2011 accord coupe first of last year the salesman was great and the financial manager was wonderful. My brother purchased the car and bought the extended warranty. He has neve last year the salesman was great and the financial manager was wonderful. My brother purchased the car and bought the extended warranty. He has never owned an almost new car and never one fully loaded. It has totally changed his confidence He washes it and baby's this car. He drove from Columbia to come back to the beach for fathers day to arrive with his bumper dislocated from the rear on one side He noticed that a clip was missing and had apparently popped off which caused the bumper to hang on one side. My brother went straight to dealership on Saturday to be told he would have to come back today to see service manager. Hoping to speak with a professional He was treated less than a human being and service manager accused him of wrecking the car and trying to get it repaired My brother told him if it had been wrecked he would turn in to his insurance. There are no dings or scratches The service manager was very disrespectful and didn't even bother to call the warranty company. My brother was in the Hondas dealership parking lot trying to get his bumper where it would not receive any more damage As he had to get back to Columbia. do not use this dealership especially the service department !!! less than professional and paid to have coverage for them to call you a liar. BUYERS BEWARE. YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS HERE. SERVICE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!!! My brother and I both work in customer service and hospitality industry and can assure you this dealership will not be recommended. More
