I had visited several dealerships and was becoming frustrated at the customer service I was receiving. My friend had recently purchased a vehicle from your dealership and told me about her SUPERIOR customer service from your Sales Associate Danny Woodard. I took her advise although I didn't know much about Hondas. Danny was not only a breath of fresh air from what I had experienced at other dealers but was very knowledgeable on the details of the cars I looked at. He greeted me with a smile, listened to what I wanted in a car and took a genuine interest to make sure I was leaving a forever customer. His knowledge and professionalism sealed the deal. Thanks East Coast Honda and Danny for making my car shopping a pleasant experience. More
CAR NEGOTIATING--UGGGGG; EAST COAST HONDA--AHHHH We were not looking to turn in our leased Pilot, yet. We were in the dealership for it's regular maintenance and strolled the showroom while waiting. Next thing we know, we drove out with a 2015 (leased) CR-V. AJ was courteous, professional and knows his products. He made us feel comfortable and satisfied with our negotiations. He's a young guy who has served our country. He made this truly a very pleasant experience in car negotiating for us ever. I want to stress that my husband is a tough sell. If he feels at any point he is being "taken for a ride" he's gone. Needless to say hats off to East Coast for having AJ as part of their sales force. More

She went above and beyond to help my dad, who is 73 years old, learn how to operate the amazing technology this vehicle has to offer and made us feel welcome and comfortable thru the entire purchase. Melissa did an amazing job assisting my dad in making the right decision for him based on his vehicle needs. If you're looking for any kind of vehicle, new or used, I would recommend stopping in to see her as she works very hard for her customers and sincerely cares about their purchase. Thank you Melissa! We purchased a new 2014 accor Having been in sales all my life one realizes all it comes down to is treat people the way you would want to be treated. We purchased a new 2014 accord coupe exl with several options one was a full front bumper and hood mask, It seems that unless the mask is on snug it can leave marks on the paint that it is supposedly protecting. This was a known result according to one of the i believe tech managers with whom Melissa and i spoke to. Having also spoken to the sales manager who offered no assistance of help in trying to eliminate the scratch marks on the hood of the car. I paid out of pocket to have a detailer remove the marks and American Honda assured me that they would pick up the bill. I brought the car in for it's first service which included a tire rotation and balance upon pulling out onto the roadway i noticed the tire pressure monitoring system light was on this told me that it was never checked. Having said this my wife and i love Honda's we were contemplating of trading in the accord for the new fit ( knowing the dealer would not in the public's eye be fair ) i haveing always sold my car in the past privately, so i anticipated to be insulted. The manager in charge of appraisal's was quite close to my wife and i and as he was walking past us i tried to get his attention but he kept on going. So much for friendliness. Having said all of this there remains the biggest and only reason i would purchase my next Honda from east coast and that is MELISSA DEMARCO , why because of her sincerity and what my wife and i perceived as honesty as well as her genuine gregarious nature. I have facilitated work shop's on the fundamental's of selling and i realize not everyone has Melissa's characteristic's . My evaluation's are based on our interaction with Melissa. More

I absolutely love it! This time around wasn't as cut and dry as it has been in the past. I had some obstacles to overcome, it would not have been possible without the dedication and understanding of Scott and Jeremy. I told them my concerns and they were very understanding to them.
