A big Thank You to Brian Simon for his great customer service again today!! He is the best service tech I have had in a very long time. Today, I had an oil change ( not happy about the drastic price incr service again today!! He is the best service tech I have had in a very long time. Today, I had an oil change ( not happy about the drastic price increase), front brakes replaced and a funny sound when I started the car sometimes was also checked. I was in and out in 2 hours!! Thank you to my great mechanic too!! Brian found a coupon for the oil change. That’s what I like about him, he always goes above and beyond!! He also gave me a print out of the things that need to be replaced over time due to mileage. Brian is the best!!! Thank you to the person who keeps up with the popcorn!!! She is always on top of it! Perfect! More

After learning the vehicles here come with a market adjustment (MA) of $5000, I told the person who contacted me that I was not interested in any vehicles that come with that fee, and they politely tha adjustment (MA) of $5000, I told the person who contacted me that I was not interested in any vehicles that come with that fee, and they politely thanked me for the consideration and hung up. I thought that would be the end of it, so I was surprised when another person called me to try and sell me again. After politely telling him my reasons for not proceeding, he tried to overcome my objections with some information about how MA is good because it proves that the cars are unique and sought after. After listening to his rebuttal, I told him I did not see MA that way and felt the practice was “scammy.” This is when he proceeded to get aggravated and started very intensely telling me I was wrong. I tried to end the conversation politely, but he kept talking over me (approaching yelling), and I had to hang up on him. This whole experience left me with a very negative impression, so I emailed the new car manager Michael Meinert my concerns but never heard anything back. I proceeded with my car purchase somewhere else without an MA where I was treated much better. More
