Since the dealership has been in existence, I have purchased 5 cars for my wife and me and one for my grandson when he graduated from college at Peoria KIA. Their service Director Kraig Angel has taken a personal interest in taking care of servicing my car and with several major issues I have experienced with my car unrelated to the actual operation of the car. Worst experience in my life. I went there to have a look EV car, agent came to me and asked for my SSN, I told him, first I need to get quote, he confirmed me and my friend that I went there to have a look EV car, agent came to me and asked for my SSN, I told him, first I need to get quote, he confirmed me and my friend that its soft inquiry and they did HARD inquiry, its totally wrong. my advise if anyone goes there, be careful with your information. It seems like dealership also doesnt care , when we informed them about this wrong doing they didnt care. So again, very bad practice. More
